What We Do

  1. Assess your current fitness level
  2. Set-up your personal fitness program, based upon the results of your assessment
  3. Re-assess your physical health, after 90 days
  4. Provide nutritional information

  • Adults (18+)
  • One-on-One training - 25 mile radius.  At the location of client's choice, i.e., in-home, fitness center, metro parks, and public track facilities

  • $35 - for a 1-hour session
