It takes 21 days to form a habit.
I'm in my 29th day of my 3-week Sugar Detox program. I felt so good, for the 1st 21 days, I have decided to extend it and make a lifestyle change.
If you are in the process of making any nutritional lifestyle change, remember these tips:
- Limit sugar and refined carbohydrates or "carbs
- Drink between 64 to 80 ounces of water daily
- Eat "real" foods - enjoy the abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables available
- Give yourself 21 days, to make a change
